Built around one idea: a plan you can keep

onefitness started in a single room with two coaches and a whiteboard. The programs got better every time someone told us what they could not stick to. That is still how we work.

Our story

Most plans fail for reasons that have nothing to do with effort

People arrive motivated. What breaks them is a plan written for someone with more time, better equipment and no other responsibilities. So we stopped writing those.

Every onefitness program ships in two variants, home and full gym, and adjusts its load from the sessions you actually complete rather than the ones the calendar hoped for. Nutrition works the same way: targets that move with your training week instead of a fixed number you learn to ignore.

What we hold to

Four rules that decide every program we write.

  1. 01

    Consistency over intensity

A session you finish beats a session you admire. We build the week you can repeat, then add load once repeating it is boring.

  2. 02

    Evidence, not folklore

If a method cannot be explained without a myth about metabolism, it does not go in your plan. We would rather say we do not know.

  3. 03

    Food you recognise

Vegan, non-vegan and allergy-friendly tracks built from ordinary ingredients, because a diet that needs a specialist shop ends in week three.

  4. 04

    Your data stays yours

Export every plan and logged session whenever you want, including on the way out. Cancelling takes one click and no phone call.

The people writing your week

Small team, long tenure. You get the same coach from your first session onward.

  • Coach performing a dumbbell curl

    Amara Osei

    Head of strength

Twelve years of barbell coaching. Believes most people are three sessions a week and one good night's sleep away from progress.

  • Coach curling a dumbbell in coloured light

    Daniel Reyes

    Conditioning lead

Builds the engine work. Runs the intake assessment and will happily talk you out of training six days a week.

  • Coach holding a plant-based bowl

    Priya Raman

    Nutrition studio

Writes the meal tracks. Specialises in allergy-friendly planning and in making a target feel like a menu, not a spreadsheet.

How a plan gets made

Four steps, about a week from first message to first session.

  1. 01

    Intake

Goals, training history, injuries, the equipment you actually have and the hours you actually own.

  2. 02

    Assessment

A movement screen and a baseline session, in the studio or on video, so the starting load is a measurement rather than a guess.

  3. 03

    Your week

A training block and a matching meal track land in your account, each with a home and a full-gym variant.

  4. 04

    Review

Every fourth week we read what you completed, not what was scheduled, and rewrite the block around it.

Come and see whether we suit you

Book an intake call. No card, no commitment, and an honest answer if we are the wrong fit.
